If you get an ePet portal problem from a client, best thing to do is to make sure the Vet ID is set and correct (Clinic Options -> ePetHealth Vet ID).
When a client sees no pets they typically have 2 tokens that share the same vetID.
This will always need to be fixed by Patterson. When the client sees pets from the wrong clinic (but still from their account) we need to check each of the vetID’s and choose the token that accompanies the correct vetID.
Because of this, the system cannot match the vetID included with the response token since the site didn’t have one entered. In order to fail gracefully, WebDVM then chooses the first token just so that the site doesn’t crash.
