My e-mail stopped working

If your e-mail all of a sudden stopped working, it's most likely because you are using old Incoming and Outgoing server settings.

What you need to do is go into your e-mail account settings in Outlook or whatever mail client you use.  Your Incoming and Outgoing mail servers need to be set to "secure.emailsrvr.com"  Next you need to make sure that your Outgoing mail is using the same settings as your Incoming (this is normally under an advanced tab).  Lastly, in the advanced tab, you will need to update your port numbers.  You need to make sure that your Incoming and Outgoing mail are using SSL and the port for Incoming should be 995/993 and Outgoing must be 465.  Save all these settings and then click your send/receive button and you should be good to go.
