When reporting issues please provide the following information.
- Clinic Name or ID
- Username or ID
- Site or iFrame URL (if applicable)
- Article Name(s) or ID(s) (if applicable)
- How are they accessing the article (cliented website, desktop sync or PIMs)
- Does the issue occur via direct download or only via PIMs
- Are they using the ClientEd provided header or a PIMs modified header
- Does the issue affect all documents or just certain ones
- Sample of document or screenshot
- Other notes or comments
